Terms of use

CarySpace is a web tool for designing home spaces. It is currently a beta — features and interface will keep changing.

It is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, nor that what it calculates is exact.

Anywhere the page is marked “测试中 / in testing” — including “Export specification” — the dimensions and construction details are not yet calibrated and are for preview only.

Do not place factory orders, buy boards or cut material based on these numbers. Check them yourself and have a professional confirm them before any real work begins.

We accept no liability for losses caused by using these figures directly.

Designs live only on your device. We hold no copy and cannot recover them for you.

Please export your own backup regularly from “My projects → Back up the whole home”; that file is also how you move to a new device.

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that they contain no one else’s private information you are not entitled to share.

You allow us to view and use that content for exactly one purpose: understanding and answering your feedback. We will not publish it or use it for anything else.

The 3D model assets in the app are used under CC BY licences, credited individually on the “Asset credits” page.

The product itself — code, interface and design — belongs to CarySpace.

Do not send bulk automated requests or otherwise interfere with the service running normally.

Do not bypass the trial access restriction, and do not circulate the trial password publicly.

Do not use this site for anything unlawful.

During the beta we may change, pause or withdraw features at any time without prior notice.

When these terms change we update the date on this page; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
